Kendra Vejtasa

Professional Experience

Prior to her law career, Ms. Vejtasa taught in public schools for twelve years.  She continues her teaching career by joining the adjunct faculty at the Colleges of Law Ventura.

Education

Ms. Vejtasa graduated from University of California, Davis, with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology and a minor in Education.  She then received a teaching credential and Masters of Science in Special Education from California Lutheran University.  Ms. Vejtasa attended the Colleges of Law Ventura, receiving her Juris Doctor degree with highest honors in 2025.  She was admitted to the California Bar in 2026. While attending law school, Ms. Vejtasa served as an extern for the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, Division 6.  Ms. Vejtasa worked as a Law Clerk with Beach Law Group, LLP for nine months before passing the bar.

Community and Professional Affiliations

Ms. Vejtasa volunteers with Ventura County Legal Aid.

Personal

Ms. Vejtasa lives in Ojai.  In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and reading.
