Daniel Luebberke

Professional Experience

Mr. Luebberke joined Beach Law Group at its Sacramento County office in 2024.  Prior to this position, Mr. Luebberke was an associate attorney at a boutique insurance defense firm in Sacramento where he gained experience in case handling from inception through trial.  Mr. Luebberke also worked for the Department of Public Health’s Emergency Covid Response Team, handling Public Records Act requests, and advising on litigation.

Education

Mr. Luebberke graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in European History from California State University Sacramento.  He attended DePaul University College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor degree in 2015.

Community and Professional Affiliations

Mr. Luebberke is admitted to practice before all California state courts.

Personal

Mr. Luebberke was raised in the South Bay area of Los Angeles but has resided in Sacramento since 2020. He enjoys weightlifting, hiking in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, traveling, and relaxing in wine country.
