Professional Experience
Brenda Hernandez works at Beach Law Group’s Southern California office. Brenda handles cases concerning elder abuse, negligence, premises liability, sexual abuse, and other personal injury claims. She is part of Beach Law Group’s litigation practice.
During law school, Ms. Hernandez interned at Public Counsel, the nation’s largest pro-bono law firm, and the Los Angeles County Public Defender, the nation’s largest public defender office. She also was a judicial extern for the Honorable Maureen A. Tighe, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.
Education
Ms. Hernandez graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics. She then received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Illinois College of Law. She was admitted to the California Bar and is licensed to practice before all Courts in the State of California.
Personal
Ms. Hernandez was born and raised in Oxnard, California, and is fluent in Spanish. She enjoys orchestral music, science fiction books, traveling, and gourmet food.
